A youngster flew on to the Wild Rose outside the office today, looking for insects to eat. It usually sings a monotonous song: ‘chiff-chaff, chiff-chaff’ – some tweet isn’t it?
The stems on the rose have bright red thorns when newly grown, looking like teeth. Is it going to bite the bird?
